Before production begins
- Cancel for a full refund, any time before the drop closes.
- Change your size for free — reply to your confirmation email.
After delivery
Because each shirt is produced specifically for its order, returns for made-to-order items are limited. What we always cover:
- Printing or manufacturing defects — replaced or refunded.
- Wrong item or wrong size shipped by us — fixed at our cost.
- Items damaged in transit — replaced.
For sizing misses that were our chart’s fault, contact us — we’ll work something out. Statutory consumer rights in your country are not affected by this policy.
How to start a return
Email us with your order reference and photos of any defect within 14 days of delivery.
